Hickory Country Ribs
Hickory Country Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork country style ribs, 1 1/2 c. cooking oil, 3/4 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all ingredients except ribs; mix well.
Place ribs in a shallow dish.
Cover with marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning meat occasionally.
Place several presoaked hickory chips on hot coals.
Remove ribs from marinade and place approximately 6 inches above coals.
Close hood of grill.
Cook over low heat, brushing occasionally with marinade.
Serves 6.
