Hershey Bar Cake
Hershey Bar Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 (1 oz.) hershey bars, 2 c. sugar, 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. buttermilk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour (or use cocoa instead of flour) a 12-cup Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
In top of double boiler over hot, not boiling, water, melt candy bars.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter or margarine, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Combine flour and soda; add alternately with buttermilk.
Add chocolate syrup, melted chocolate bars and vanilla; beat just until combined.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
To serve, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Makes 16 servings.
