Herbed Pasta Alfredo
Herbed Pasta Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. reduced calorie margarine, 1/4 c. chopped green onions, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; add green onions and garlic.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add flour and stir well. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in cheeses and herbs.
Serve over macaroni. Garnish with green onion strips.
