Herbed Pasta Alfredo
Herbed Pasta Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. flour and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat; add onion and garlic.
Saute 2 minutes.
Add flour; stir well.
Gradually add milk and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses and herbs.
Serve over pasta.
