Herbed Chicken Breasts
Herbed Chicken Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves, crushed, 1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves, crushed, 1/8 tsp. black pepper and 2 boneless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), skinned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In a pie pan, mix bread crumbs, salt, thyme, rosemary and black pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in egg and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
In a medium skillet, heat oil until hot.
Saute chicken until lightly browned on each side, about 5 minutes.
Add wine and bring to a boil; reduce.
Serves 2.
