Herbed Chicken
Herbed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large chicken breasts, halved, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. butter or margarine and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and brown in a heavy skillet with butter.
Arrange in pan approximately 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inches.
Blend soup with drippings in skillet.
Stir wine (or other liquid) in slowly.
Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil; bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
