Heloise's Fat-Free Cream Soup
Heloise'S Fat-Free Cream Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. nonfat dried milk powder, 1 tbsp. dried onion flakes, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder and 1/2 tsp. dried basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To make soup base, add 2 cups cold water to the mix in a large saucepan and stir constantly over medium heat until thick.
You can use this base to make any flavor "cream" soup.

If soup is too thick, add more water and stir thoroughly, still over medium heat.
