Heavenly Hash Salad
Heavenly Hash Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box lemon jell-o, 1 medium can pineapple, diced, 1 small bottle maraschino cherries, 1/2 c. nuts (optional) and 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows (less than 1/2 pkg.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water; add to this enough pineapple and cherry juice to make another cup of liquid.
(I drain my fruit overnight.)
Refrigerate until consistency of gravy.
Add fruit, nuts, marshmallows and Cool Whip; mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
