Hearty Salmon Chowder
Hearty Salmon Chowder is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 clove minced garlic and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain salmon, reserving liquid for later use and flake salmon. Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in butter.
Add potatoes, carrots, chicken broth and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in flaked salmon, reserved salmon liquid, milk and corn.
Heat thoroughly. Garnish.
