Hearty Blueberry Muffins

Combine dry ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine cooled butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Add to dry mixture.
Stir just until moistened.

Bake 15 minutes at 425Β°.
Let stand 5 minutes before removing from tin.
