Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup
Hearty Beef & Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lbs. stew beef, 4 quarts water, 16 beef bouillon cubes, 1 tbsp. salt and 4 c. chopped cabbage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place water, 1 Tbsp. salt and bouillon in large pot and bring to a boil.
Add cabbage, onion, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
Cut beef into bite-size pieces and add to soup.
Return to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 3-4 hours.
Tastes even better the next day.
