Hearty Beef 'N Cheese Crescent Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/4 lbs ground beef, 1/3 c onion, chopped, 1/4 c green bell pepper, chopped, 1/4 tsp cumin seed, if desired and 1/4 tsp garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 375°.
In large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
Drain.
Stir cumin seed, garlic salt, salt, tomato sauce, and green beans.
Simmer uncovered while preparing crust.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place in ungreased 9 inch pie pan.
Press firmly over bottom and up sides to form crust.
Seal perforations.
In small bowl, combine egg and cheese.
Spread over bottom of crust.
Spoon hot meat mixture over cheese mixture.
