Health Rusks(Sunnhets Kjeks) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. water, 1 stick margarine, 2 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 2 lb. whole wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt margarine.
Add lukewarm water and salt.
Beat in yeast and flour.
Let rise until double in size.
Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet; flatten with moist hand.
Let rise again and bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool; slice in two with sharp knife and dry in the oven at low heat until crisp.
Good with butter and goat cheese on it!
