Hawaiian Pork
Hawaiian Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 lb. lean pork, cut in 1-inch cubes, 3 1/3 c. pineapple juice, 1 (no. 10) can chunk pineapple, 1 1/3 cubes margarine and 1/3 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown meat in margarine.
Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
Add vinegar, pineapple juice, celery and bell pepper. Simmer until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, stir constantly until mixture thickens.
Serves 50 family style or 60 to 65 plates.
