Hawaiian Meat Balls
Hawaiian Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 3 stalks celery, chopped, 1 small pepper, chopped and 1 small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine ground beef with half of chopped celery and half of chopped onion.
Make into balls and place in frying pan on medium heat until browned.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Saute pepper and remaining celery and onion, then add can of pineapple with the juice.
Put meat balls into pan and pour gravy over them.
Simmer for 20 minutes and serve over rice.
