Hawaiian Fish Fillets

Cut fish into serving pieces.
Lay 6 strips bacon in bottom of baking pan. Slice onion and arrange over bacon.
Sprinkle with crushed bay leaf.
Place fish fillets over this. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with bread crumbs. Sprinkle lime or lemon juice over crumbs.
Lay 6 strips bacon over top. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until fish is done and bacon crisp. Serve with slivers of lime and a sprinkling of crushed Macadamia nuts or slivered toasted almonds. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
