Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breasts, 1 large green bell pepper, 1 large red bell pepper, 1 large onion and 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large nonstick skillet, sprayed with nonstick spray, saute pepper strips, onion strips and garlic until onion is translucent. Move veggies to sides of pan and add chicken breasts.
Brown chicken lightly on both sides, cooking on high heat for about 5 minutes.
Add pineapple chunks with juice; reduce heat to low and cover tightly.
Let this cook slowly for about 30 to 40 minutes. While simmering, add teriyaki sauce.
This is wonderful served over hot rice.
