Hawaiian Bread
Hawaiian Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine flour, soda, sugar and salt in mixing bowl and blend well.
In separate bowl mix eggs, oil, vanilla, pineapple (including juice), bananas and coconut.
Add to dry ingredients and mix just until flour mixture is moistened.
Grease and flour two 9 X 5 loaf pans.
Divide batter into pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
These freeze real well.
