Hash Brown Potato Casserole
Hash Brown Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Stir in remaining butter.
Place in baking dish. Crush flakes sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
