Harvest Casserole
Harvest Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. minced onion, 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes, 1 tbsp. worcestershire and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Frozen vegetables should be thawed just enough to separate. Start heating oven to 375Β°.
Combine chuck, onion, tomatoes, Worcestershire and salt.
Pat into 1-inch layer in a 3-quart casserole.
On top, place in layers the potatoes, flour, corn, limas, then green pepper.
Bake, covered, 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Gently stir and sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
