Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole
Hard-Boiled Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 6 tbsp. flour, 6 tbsp. butter, 3 c. milk and 3/4 lb. american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute onions and butter until tender. Add flour and milk. Stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Layer 1/2 of sliced eggs in a greased casserole dish.
Pour on 1/2 of the sauce.
Top with 1/2 of the potato chips and 1/2 of the bacon.
Repeat, ending with bacon on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with fresh fruit and muffins.
