Ham Scalloped Spuds
Ham Scalloped Spuds is an moderately easy dinner. Toss sliced spuds, chopped onions and diced ham in large bowl, mixing well.
Combine flour and seasoning; mix well and toss with spud mixture until evenly distributed.
Spread in large, greased flat pan (9 x 13-inch or 12 x 17-inch).
Pour milk over spuds; cover pan with foil and bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until spuds are almost fork-tender.
Uncover; bake 10 minutes more.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Allow to sit 5 minutes to melt cheese; serve.
