Ham-Potato Bake
Ham-Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sliced cooked potatoes, 3/4 c. shredded carrots, 1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. shredded cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Layer half the potatoes and half the carrots in a 2-quart casserole.
Stir together cubed ham, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, milk, onion and pepper.
Pour half the ham mixture over potatoes and carrots in casserole.
Combine soft bread crumbs, the 1/2 cup shredded cheese and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° until heated through, about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
