Ham Chowder
Ham Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can corn, 1 lb. can tomatoes, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 c. chopped celery and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine corn, tomatoes, broth, celery, salt and hot pepper sauce.
Heat to boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Melt butter; blend in flour and stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened and boiling.
Stir into tomato mixture.
Add cheese, peppers and ham.
Simmer until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
Serves 8 to 10.
