Ham Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears, 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 2 c. cubed ham, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice and 3 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook the broccoli and drain. Arrange in an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese.

Top with ham.

Season with pepper and spoon on rice.

Prepare white sauce by melting margarine in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour. Add milk and blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Gently fold in sour cream.

Pour over ham. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
