Arrange lightly toasted bread in buttered baking dish; trim to fit.
Sprinkle ham and cheese over toast layer.
In a bowl mix eggs with milk half and half, salt, mustard, pepper and nutmeg.
The egg mixture slowly over the ham and cheese layer.
At 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and eggs are stiff.
Serves 4.
