Halusky (Potato Dumplings)
Halusky (Potato Dumplings) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large potatoes (grated fine), 1 tsp. salt and 3 cup flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add salt and flour to potatoes and mix well.
Dough should be thin.
More or less flour can be used according to size of potatoes.
Boil a large pan of water.
Put dough on plate.
Use a knife or spoon to scrape off small portion at a tie into boiling water.
Boil about 15 minutes.
Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
Drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Do not leave Halusky Set.
