Grilled Salmon

Mix garlic, OJ, ketchup, honey, and ginger in a shallow dish. Place Salmon steak in the shallow dish and let soak for at least 15 minutes, but preferably for 1 hour.
Turn steaks several times to expose both sides to marinade.
Out Salmon and marinade in a tin foil dish and place on grill, cover. Cook with medium heat until Salmon is flaky.
