Grilled-Marinated Pork Loin

Combine all ingredients, except pork, in a saucepan.
Bring to boil, remove from heat and stir; let cool down.
Slice pork roast into 4 slices and pierce each side of chops with a fork several times.
Put pork chops in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag and pour marinade over; seal and refrigerate 24 hours.
Cook pork chops over medium hot coals on uncovered grill about 25 minutes, basting with excess marinade and turning several times.
