Grilled Ginger-Lime Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Ginger-Lime Pork Tenderloin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat, 1/2 c. low salt soy sauce, 1/2 c. dry white wine, juice of 1 lime and 1 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place tenderloin in leakproof plastic bag or nonmetallic baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat and marinate at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
Remove meat from marinade; pat dry.
Reserve marinade.
Grill over low fire for 40 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
Cook until meat thermometer reads between 145° and 160°.
