Green Salad With Dilled Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb baby shrimp, cooked and cleaned, 4 c romaine and/or baby lettuce, 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced, 3/4 c shredded or cubed jack cheese and 1/4 c olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, mustard and garlic and mix well.
