Green Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium-sized romaine lettuce leaves, torn, 1/2 c. parsley, torn, 3/4 c. purple (chinese) cabbage, slivered, 1/2 c. celery, sliced diagonally and 2 or 3 red onions rings, sliced very thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
