Green Rice
Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. minced green onions, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. minced green peppers, 1 c. raw rice and 2 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook onions in margarine until soft, but do not brown (use tops and bottoms).
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish with cover.
