Green Enchiladas
Green Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large can milk, 1 (16 oz.) box velveeta, 1 can chopped green chilies and 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat cream of chicken soup, milk, Velveeta and green chilies in top of double boiler.
Brown the ground beef and onion well; add salt and pepper.
Warm tortillas in grease.
Grate Longhorn cheese.
Fill with meat mixture and grated cheese.
Roll up; cover with cheese sauce.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly.
