Green Chili
Green Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. cubed pork (with some fat is better), 2 large onions, minced, 4 c. chicken broth, 1 large (27 oz.) can green chilies and 1 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions and garlic.
Brown pork with salt and pepper.
Add all ingredients, except chilies.
Simmer 2 to 4 hours.
Add liquid as needed.
Add green chilies for last half hour.
Serve with cornbread and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce.
