Green Beans With Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/4 lb. small fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 medium red onion, cut in thin strips and 1 lb. green beans (fresh or frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute garlic and mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in onion; set aside.
Cook or steam beans in small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain.
