Greek Oven Fries
Greek Oven Fries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled (1 lb.), 2 tsp. olive oil, vegetable cooking spray, 1 tsp. dried whole oregano and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Scrub potatoes. Cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Place wedges in a bowl with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes.
Drain. Pat dry with paper towels.
Toss potatoes with oil.
Place skin side down on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Combine oregano, pepper and salt.
Sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Bake at 400Β° for 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with vinegar.
Serve oven fries immediately.
