Mix beef, onion and seasonings.
Dip bread into milk and break into small pieces.
Pour balance of milk into meat; mix with bread. Mix thoroughly.
Shape into small balls, about 2-inches in length. Roll meat balls into flour and fry in hot oil (about 1/2-inch in depth), until done on both sides.
Turn over once.
