Greek Butter Cookies
Greek Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, softened, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 4 1/2 c. flour, sifted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter in bowl for 10 to 15 minutes or until very light. Add 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder.
Shape dough into small crescents.
Place 1-inch apart on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Place cookies carefully on waxed paper sprinkled with 1/4 cup confectioners sugar.
Sprinkle with remaining confectioners sugar.
Cool thoroughly.
Store in airtight container.
