Granny's Roll Recipe
Granny'S Roll Recipe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. milk, scalded, 3 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. shortening, 1 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Scald milk; add sugar and shortening and 1 teaspoon salt. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
When milk cools, add yeast and beaten egg.
Gradually add flour.
