Grandma's Peanut Brittle
Grandma'S Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/4 lb. (3 c.) raw spanish peanuts, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 rounded tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bring sugar, Karo syrup, water and butter to boil.
Add peanuts and boil until peanuts get brown (20 minutes).
Remove from heat and add vanilla; mix well.
Fold in baking soda and pour on three buttered cookie sheets.
Pull out as it cools.
