Grandma's Chicken Vichyssoise
Grandma'S Chicken Vichyssoise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 cans pepperidge farm vichyssoise soup and 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown chicken breasts in butter along with chopped onion and garlic.
Put it in a casserole.
Heat both cans of vichyssoise soup, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, white wine, rosemary and thyme until cheese is melted.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese over all.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice.
