Golden Treasure Pie
Golden Treasure Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (undrained), 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. water and 3/4 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine pineapple, sugar, cornstarch and water in small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Blend sugar and butter, flour, cheese, vanilla and salt until smooth.
Slowly add eggs and milk to cheese mixture, beating constantly.
Pour pineapple into crust, spreading evenly.
Gently pour custard over pineapple, being careful not to disturb first layer.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then at 325° for 45 minutes longer.
