Golden Potato Casserole
Golden Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium russet potatoes, 1 large sour cream, 1 cube butter, 2 c. sharp shredded cheese and 1/3 c. green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil potatoes with skins on; cool and peel.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
In nonstick pan, melt butter.
Add onions and shredded cheese.
After potatoes cool, grate them in bowl with mixture.
Put in buttered 13 x 9-inch glass Pyrex pan. Dot with butter and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
