Golden Pineapple Casserole
Golden Pineapple Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (20 oz. each) crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 eggs, beaten and 4 slices bread (crusts removed), buttered and cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Pineapple, reserving juice.
In mixing bowl, combine pineapple, juice, sugar, flour and eggs.
Mix well. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
Top with bread cubes. Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned. Serve dish with ham or poultry.
