Golden Cream Soup
Golden Cream Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. chopped potatoes, 2 c. water, 1 c. celery slices, 1 c. carrot slices and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onion, parsley flakes, bouillon and seasonings; mix well.
Cover; simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour, mixing until well blended.
Add milk mixture to vegetables; cook until thickened.
Add Velveeta; stir until melted.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
