Golden Chicken Breast
Golden Chicken Breast is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large breasts, skinned and halved, 3/4 tsp. dry mustard, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1/2 c. apricot or peach preserves and 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Put breasts in baking dish.
Combine mustard and vinegar in bowl until smooth; stir in preserves.
Gradually add soy sauce and stir until blended.
Pour over breasts.
Coat both sides.
Bake meaty side down 20 minutes at 325Β°.
Turn over and bake 40 minutes or until tender.
Brush with pan juices occasionally.
