Core and slice 1 apple.

Arrange slices in bottom of well-greased Bundt type pan.

Pare, core and finely chop remaining apples to 1 1/2 cups.

Cream margarine and sugars until light. Beat in eggs, orange juice and peel.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.

Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in chopped apples.

Spoon over apple slices in pan.

Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until pick comes out clean.

Cool in pan 10 minutes.

Turn onto plate.

Serve warm or cold.
