Gnocchi
Gnocchi is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. idaho potatoes, 3 eggs, 4 c. flour, spaghetti sauce and grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Boil potatoes and mash.
Spread on board to cool.
Add eggs; mix well.
Add flour slowly to make soft, pliable dough.
Cut and roll into 1-inch size pieces.
Drop gnocchi into boiling salted water.
Cover and simmer until gnocchi come to surface and are tender.
Drain well.
In serving dish, add spaghetti sauce and mix gently.
Top with grated cheese.
