Glazed Fruited Chicken
Glazed Fruited Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (29 oz. each) jars fruits for salad, 1 1/3 c. salad dressing, 2 (7 oz. each) pkg. herb stuffing, 8 boned chicken breasts and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain fruit; set aside.
Reserve 1/2 cup liquid.
Stir liquid into salad dressing.
Stir over medium heat until it boils.
Add stuffing.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brush with additional salad dressing.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Melt marmalade; arrange fruit around chicken.
Brush with marmalade.
Bake 15 minutes.
